Tracie Wilcox

Tracie Wilcox began their work experience in 1988 at O Bee Credit Union, where they held the role of VP of Lending for Olympia "Brewery" Credit Union until 2008. In 2008, they joined On Tap Credit Union as the VP of Lending, CCE, and later became President/CEO in September 2013. Tracie continues to hold this position.

Tracie Wilcox's education history includes completing course study in CUES Business Lending I, II, III in 2012. In 2001 to 2003, they attended Pomona College - CUNA Management School, where they graduated in 2003 with a focus on financial studies. In 2018, Tracie began their studies at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, with a specialization in DLS Leadership. Additionally, they attended various institutes for leadership development, including CEO Institute III - Leadership Development at Ithaca College in 2008, CEO Institute II - Organizational Development at Cornell University in 2007, and CEO Institute - Strategic Implementation at The Wharton School in 2006. Tracie also enrolled in CUNA Financial Management in 2006.
