Kate Nielsen

Kate Nielsen has over two decades of experience in web development, project management, and program management. Currently serving as the Managing Director at On Tap, LLC since May 2013, Kate focuses on improving website accessibility and user experience for clients. Prior to this role, Kate was self-employed as a Web and Mobile Site Developer, providing exceptional hosting and support services. As a Web Project Manager at Mersoft, Kate managed development projects, produced technical outlines, and collaborated with teams to enhance product offerings. Kate's entrepreneurial spirit was evident as President of Indigo Firefly Inc., where creative web and marketing support was provided to various clients. Previous roles include Program Manager at SAVE Inc. Kansas City and Bridging The Gap, where Kate contributed to housing solutions for vulnerable populations. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, earned in 1997.
