Isabella Ashdown has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they gained work experience at McCann Complete Medical, where they worked on an office redesign project. In 2017, they had a brief work experience at Momentum Worldwide, McCann World Group.

In 2019, Isabella had a seasonal guest experience role at Chester Zoo and also gained work experience with the Chester Zoo Marketing Team. Isabella had the opportunity to learn about different roles within the team and analyze marketing materials and customer campaigns.

In 2020, Isabella became the Vice President for Lancaster University Marketing Society and organized virtual events and quizzes, building an online community of members. Isabella also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager for The Naked Vase, where they analyzed website and Instagram data to drive customer growth.

In 2021, Isabella worked as a Social Media and Marketing Intern at Superla.tv and became an ambassador for Wiser Academy, assisting top brands in attracting soon-to-be graduates.

In 2022, they worked as a Freelance Creative Coordinator at WildBrain CPLG. In 2023, they were a Social Media Manager at ITECCO before joining On the Beach as a Creative & Design Executive in the same year.

In July 2021, they also acquired a certification in B2B Marketing on LinkedIn from the institution LinkedIn.
