Jennie Cronin

Jennie joined On the Beach in June 2022 as Director of People. Focused on helping On the Beach’s growing team of people realize their individual potential, Jennie drives business value through the creation of rich employee experiences. With over 20 years in HR, Jennie is a specialist in building teams, strong leadership, and executive development. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and worked predominantly in both private equity and listed technology businesses prior to On the Beach.
