Rachael Hughes

Rachael Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Rachael began their career in 2010 as a Waitress at JW Lees Brewery, where they worked until 2013. In the same year, Rachael joined On the Beach as a Customer Advisor, staying with the company until 2014. Rachael then returned to JW Lees Brewery as an Assistant Manager from 2013 to 2015. Rachael rejoined On the Beach in 2015 and has held multiple roles within the company, including Amendment Advisor from 2015 to 2019, Business Operations Analyst from 2019 to 2022, and currently serving as a Business Analyst from 2022 onwards.

Rachael Hughes obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 2016 to 2017.
