Fiona Conway

Fiona Conway has held various roles throughout their work experience. Fiona began their career in 2005 as the Head of Mortgage Direct Operations at Alliance & Leicester. Fiona later worked as the Head of Mortgage Customer Operations at A&L PLC in 2007. From 2013 to 2022, Fiona worked at Santander, where they served as the Ex Director of Customer Operations and Service Delivery. Fiona then transitioned to become the Director of Retail & Business Banking T&O at Santander until May 2022. In 2022, Fiona took on multiple roles, including Director/NED/Consulting/Leadership/Transformation at FJC Consulting Ltd, Associate Non Executive Director at East Cheshire NHS Trust, and Non Executive Director at Novus Strategy & Consulting Ltd. Starting in October 2022, they became the Director of Regulatory Implementation at Sopra Steria Financial Services Limited, and in August 2023, Fiona became the Director of Operations at On the Beach.

Fiona Conway attended Loughborough High School from 1982 to 1987. Fiona then went on to study HND Business & Finance with French & Spanish at Loughborough College from 1987 to 2001.
