Carmen Sciaccotta

Carmen Sciaccotta is a seasoned Regional Director with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Since 2005, Carmen has held the position of Area Director at OTB Acquisition LLC, and since 2019, they have been serving as Regional Director at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. Prior to these roles, Carmen worked as an Area Director at Brinker International from 2005 to 2010. Carmen earned a BA in Classical Language with a minor in Math from Creighton University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
