Anissa Oukhiar is an accomplished professional in the field of organization design, currently serving as Chair, Co-Chair, and Board Trustee of the European Organisation Design Forum since February 2021, where collaborative efforts include hosting an annual conference and providing accredited masterclasses. As an Operating Model Consultant with ON THE MARK since January 2022, Anissa specializes in designing robust operational frameworks. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at North Highland UK and Consultant in organization design at Berenschot, where Anissa undertook various projects across public and private sectors. Anissa's earlier experience includes junior consultancy roles at Care4HR and involvement as a Board Member at NJR, focusing on youth policy advocacy. Anissa's educational background encompasses a Premaster and Master's in Organization Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's in Human Resources from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
