Ken Kotarski is a co-founder and Managing Principal of On The Record.

Mr. Kotarski oversees all aspects of the business including pre-trial graphics production and in-courtroom application of advanced computerized visual presentation technology. He serves as a "hot-seat" Trial Technology Consultant for matters across the country and around the globe, including previous international arbitration matters in France, Sweden, London, Switzerland, and the Philippines. With over 31 years of trial experience in over 650 trials and legal proceedings, Mr. Kotarski is likely the pre-eminent Trial Technology Consultant in the U.S. A number of high profile matters include Continental Airlines et al. v. American Airlines, General Signal v. MCI, Celtech v. L.A. Cellular, Rodney King v. City of Los Angeles, Nestle v. Abbott Laboratories, Stull v. Bank of America, 3M v. Avery Dennison, Trovan v. Pfizer, Isuzu Motors v. Consumers Union (Consumer Reports), Alakayak v. All Alaskan Seafoods, Oakland Raiders v. NFL, Baker (class) v. Motorola, Freedom Wireless v. BCGI, People v. Mr. Kotarski has appeared as a guest speaker on the use of computerized multimedia in litigation at the Northern New Mexico Inn of Courts, the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel Convention, the American Bar Association annual meeting in Ohio and the 1999 Economic Damages Conference in Los Angeles. Prior to founding On The Record, Inc., Ken worked as a Multimedia Producer at Litigation Sciences, Inc. He holds a bachelors degree in Communication with emphasis on Visual Arts Media from the University of California at San Diego
