Katie Mueller

Katie Mueller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and traffic safety program management. Currently serving as Principal at KM Strategies, LLC since 2021 and as Executive Director of Workforce Development at On The Road Companies since January 2025, Katie has previously held significant roles, including Senior Program Manager for Employer Traffic Safety at the National Safety Council and Chief of Programs at the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety. Additional positions include Executive Director of Safe Kids Oklahoma and various roles at OU Medicine, Inc. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rogers State University.
