Sarah Roland

Sarah Roland is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in childcare and mental health. Currently serving as a social worker at On With Life since July 2018, Sarah previously held similar positions at Madrid Home Communities and New Beginnings Childcare and Preschool. With an academic foundation that includes a Master's Degree in Social Work from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa, Sarah has also gained valuable experience through internships at Bethany Christian Services and Polk County Crisis and Advocacy Services, among other roles in support and education.
