Allie Pettitt

Allie Pettitt currently serves as the Global Head of Footwear Materials at On, having taken on this role in November 2024. In this position, Allie defines and executes the long-term strategy for all materials across footwear while leading and mentoring a global team of material experts. Previously, Allie held significant positions at Nike, where responsibilities included establishing a cross-dimensional team as Director of the Footwear Materials COE and building a diverse team focused on operational efficiencies as Director of Nike Sportswear Footwear Materials. Earlier experience includes managing material development at The North Face, developing seasonal fabric for lululemon, and sourcing materials at Patagonia. Allie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clothing and Textiles from Appalachian State University.
