Ashley Marsh

Ashley Marsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Business Partner for On since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a People and Culture Partner at The Hoxton and held multiple positions at Rapha, including People and Culture Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Underwriter at WIMSURE UNDERWRITING LIMITED, with a focus on Professional Indemnity insurance. Ashley began a career in hospitality, gaining diverse experience in various roles at Ribby Hall Village and serving in leadership positions while actively participating in student organizations at the University of York. Ashley holds a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Science from the University of York and A-Levels from Rossall School.
