Diana Dowling

Diana Dowling is currently the Head of Retail Design at On, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they worked at lululemon from 2020 to 2021, where they managed creative operations and global retail design innovations. Diana began their career in design as a Junior Designer at UW Design Group and has held various positions including Interior Designer at Kasian and In-house Designer at JOEY Restaurant Group. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Ryerson University and a Master of Fine Art in Product Design from Edinburgh College of Art.
