Karolina Sowinska is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Lead Talent (HR) Business Partner at On, Karolina has previously held significant positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lynk & Co (Volvo Group) where strategic HR support was provided to departments across Europe. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate HR Project Specialist and HR Business Partner at Werfen, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Phillips 66, where collaboration with senior leaders was essential.
