Lucia Zhou

Lucia Zhou currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC at On since May 2025. Prior to this role, Lucia held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for VF China at VF Corporation from June 2021 to May 2025, overseeing recruitment for multiple brands including The North Face and Vans. Lucia has also worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Greater China and South Korea at The Coca-Cola Company from February 2020 to June 2021, and as a Senior Staffing Manager at Starbucks China from March 2016 to February 2020, responsible for recruitment across various commercial functions. Additional experience includes serving as Staffing Manager at GoPro, Senior Consultant at The Adecco Group specializing in the Retail and Consumer Goods Sector, and a Researcher at DaCare Staffing. Lucia began a career with an Executive Assistant role at Winworld College after completing a master’s degree in International Education at East China Normal University from 2004 to 2007.
