Marc Maurer

Born and raised in Switzerland, I have always been passionate about movement in the outdoors – it drives me in everything I do and is where I try to spend most of my time.

Since 2021, I have been On’s Co-CEO. I first joined On in 2013 as COO and ventured into the unknown to explore and support the growth of the company. Together with an amazing team, we are on a mission to ignite the human spirit through movement and to inspire fans from all over the globe with our premium footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Passionate about supporting entrepreneurial engagement, I am a member of the “Swiss Entrepreneurs & Startup Association” and the association “Passion Schneesport”, with the ultimate goal of developing young talents in snow sports in Switzerland.
