Phoenix Li

Phoenix Li is an experienced professional currently serving as the Engagement & Growth Lead for APAC at On since August 2025. Prior to this role, Phoenix Li worked at FARFETCH from December 2017 to June 2025, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders to shape a Greater China people strategy, overseeing critical projects, and delivering performance management training across APAC. Phoenix Li has also held various roles in talent acquisition and consultancy, including positions at Accenture, Hays, Oxfam, and the City of York Council. Phoenix Li holds degrees from the University of York and the University of South Florida.
