Vedanti Shah

Vedanti Shah is an experienced innovation footwear developer currently working at On since February 2021, with a history of progressive roles in footwear development. Prior to this, Vedanti served as a student ambassador at Cranfield University and Loughborough University, representing diverse student experiences and guiding prospective students. Additional experience includes a project internship at Impact Hub Geneva focusing on Circular Economy events, and a teamsport footwear development internship at PUMA Group where practical skills in material selection and shoe construction were gained. Vedanti also held internships at FIBA and the Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations in Geneva, acquiring valuable insights into international trade and venue management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and Entrepreneurship from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Sports Technology from Loughborough University.
