Audrey Ross has a diverse work experience in customer marketing and customer success roles. Audrey is currently working at ON24 as a Global Lead, Customer Marketing since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager at ON24 from July 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining ON24, Audrey worked at Rock Content as a Senior Director of Global Customer Experience from November 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they established and led the Customer Experience team, responsible for customer marketing communications, advocacy, lifecycle management, education & training content, and new customer onboarding.

Previously, Audrey served as VP, Global Customer Success at ScribbleLive (acquired by Rock Content) from April 2018 to November 2019. Audrey led the global Customer Success team and was responsible for customer retention, expansion, and product education for a suite of marketing technology SaaS products.

Prior to that, they worked at ion interactive, a Rock Content solution, in various roles. Audrey served as the Director of Customer Engagement from January 2017 to April 2018, where they focused on customer adoption and engagement. Before that, they were the Director of Customer Success from June 2013 to December 2016, leading a team dedicated to customer support and success.

Audrey's earlier experience includes roles at The Lifeline Program & Lifeline Management as a Manager of Marketing and Media from November 2005 to August 2009, and at Calysto Communications as an Assistant Account Executive from July 2004 to July 2005. Audrey'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in customer marketing, customer success, and customer engagement.

Audrey Ross holds a BABA degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Florida.
