Jai Lad

Jai Lad has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They began their professional career in 2006 as a Production Associate at NeoPhotonics Inc, before moving on to work as a Financial Analyst at FASA & Associates, LLC from 2007 to 2009. Jai then worked as an Accounting Intern at The Coordinating Center from 2009 to 2010.

In 2011, Jai served as a Finance Consultant at Kid Replay, Inc, and then transitioned to become a Sales Analyst at NTT America in early 2012. Later that year, they joined Seagate Technology and worked as a Financial Analyst until 2015. Jai was then promoted to Senior Financial Analyst FP&A, a role they held until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Jai worked as an SFA at Westfield Retail Solutions (WRS), before joining ON24 in 2018 as a Manager, Corp FP&A. They were then promoted to Director FP&A in April 2020 and continue in that role to the present day. ON24 is a leading webinar marketing platform that helps companies optimize demand generation and sales pipeline opportunities.

From 2009 to 2011, Jai Lad attended the University of Maryland, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
