Jillian Kranz has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jillian currently works at ON24 as a Human Resources Generalist, where they are responsible for utilizing the company's webinar marketing platform to optimize demand generation and enhance lead qualification. Prior to this, Jillian worked at Amazon as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist, where they provided daily customer service to associates and led HR investigations. Jillian also worked at Official ASM Global as a Human Resources Assistant, where they conducted resume screening and scheduled pre-employment background checks.
