Sheida successfully penetrated untapped markets and won contracts with agencies such as DODEA, US Forces Japan, Air Force, and STRATCOM. Additionally, Sheida launched one of the first dedicated renewals teams in the company as the Enterprise Renewals Manager at Adobe | North America, increasing the overall renewal rate from 75% to 96% over three years. In 2015, Sheida joined Tealium as an Account Executive, where they were recognized as a top performer on the sales team. Sheida helped clients improve efficiency through integrations with various tools and won the biggest government healthcare contract in the company's history. In 2017, Sheida joined ON24 as an Enterprise Account Executive.
