Wendy Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wendy most recently worked at ON24 as a Senior Customer Success Manager starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Certain for three years, starting in 2017. At Certain, they held the positions of Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for supporting and advocating for large accounts, driving user adoption and satisfaction, and ensuring high retention and growth. Wendy also worked at Gather Digital as an Account Manager from 2015 to 2017 before the company was acquired by Certain. Additionally, Wendy has experience as a Project Manager at the Chapel Hill School of Musical Arts in 2011, as the Director of Development at the Easttown Library and Information Center in 2005, as a Development Consultant at The John Harms Center for the Performing Arts from 1992 to 1994, and as the Associate Director of Donor Relations and Special Events at the University of California, San Francisco from 1989 to 1991.
