Harman Singh Manocha is a Power Platform Lead for North America at OnActuate, where responsibilities include leading a team to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions, alongside collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver custom Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate workflows. Prior roles at OnActuate include Technical Consultant, where expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services was applied, and Business Intelligence Developer, focusing on developing interactive Power BI reports. Harman also gained foundational experience during an internship, contributing to software development projects and utilizing Microsoft Azure technologies. Harman holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Data Analysis from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology.
