Maurice Djegui

Maurice DJEGUI serves as the Head of Network Service Management at Onafriq since July 2013, overseeing network footprint, integrations, and high-level escalation management. Previously, Maurice held roles as Partners Support Manager and Technical Support Agent, where responsibilities included assisting the Support Manager with technical issues and ensuring prompt handling of support calls and Help-Desk tickets. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Researcher at IRGIB-Africa University from October 2011 to February 2013, supervising research projects and collaborating with team members. Maurice holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from IRGIB-Africa University and has completed management and digital finance certifications through the Africa Management Institute and the Digital Frontiers Institute, in addition to holding multiple degrees in food technology and industrial processes.
