Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. As a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana contributed to both healthcare and education sectors. Mariana obtained a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and holds a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
