Tom Marshall

Tom Marshall has worked in the technology industry for over 40 years. In 1980, they began their career as a freelance photojournalist for various news organizations, specializing in sports and politics. In 1988, they founded Marshall Technology and served as President, providing technical consulting services to manufacturers and others in the photo industry. In 1992, they joined NASA as a Senior Technical Specialist. In 1997, they founded Marshall Vision Technology LLC, where they served as a Machine Vision & Automation Engineer, solving challenging unsolved problems in imaging and signal processing. In 2022, they joined OnAsset Intelligence as Chief Technology Officer.

Tom Marshall has studied Mathematics at The University of Texas at Austin and University of Houston. Tom has also obtained two certifications, Certified Imaging Engineer from the Society for Imaging Science and Technology (IS&T) in 1998, and SCO ACE - Certified UNIX Sys Admin from SCO.
