Allison Drake

Allison Drake is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Onbe, where they focus on managing full recruitment cycles and enhancing the candidate experience. Previously, they served as a Training and Development Manager at Fusion Worldwide and held various roles in talent acquisition and human resources, including at Friedman LLP and Success Academy Charter Schools. An alumnus of Bucknell University, Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, and Psychology, complemented by a study abroad experience at the University of Sydney. With a commitment to fostering employee development, they have led initiatives to build strong teams across multiple departments.
