Rubens Gomes

Rubens Gomes is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer on the Technology Architecture team at Onbe since September 2025, Rubens specializes in Microservices, AI, and Java technologies. Prior to this, Rubens worked as a Java Architect at NinjaOne, contributing to the development of the NinjaRMM server platform on AWS Cloud. Previous roles include Sr Architect/Developer at American Airlines, where significant contributions were made to ticketing applications, and Software Engineer IV at Cisco, focusing on the web-based Prime Performance Manager. Additional experience encompasses roles at Appia, OI S.A., Electronic Data Systems, T-Systems do Brasil, and Diveo do Brasil Telecomunicações Ltda. Rubens holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Kansas and a High School Diploma in Electronics from Cefet/RJ in Brazil.
