Ronald Clowers possesses extensive experience in the jewelry and cruise retail sectors. Currently serving as the Creator of Onboard Retail Events at Starboard Cruise Services, Ronald collaborates with various teams to enhance guest shopping experiences on cruise lines. Ronald also holds the position of Head of Recruitment at Onboard Media, showcasing recruitment expertise. Prior roles include Executive Director at Effy Jewelry, where responsibilities encompassed developing VIP programs and in-store marketing, as well as overseeing jewelry trunk shows. Ronald further contributed as Director of Operations and Trunk Shows, Manager of Shipboard Operations, and Store Supervisor at Effy, demonstrating a strong background in store management and operational setup on cruises.
