Nick Ramond

Nick Ramond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nick has worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Onboard since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at NICE CXone from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for software engineering and achieved the highest employee engagement score. From 2017 to 2021, Nick worked at Lingotek, first as the Chief Technology Officer and later as the Vice President of Program Management. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of product management, software engineering, quality assurance, and program management. Nick also served as an Advisory Board Member at Epic Dog Studios from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Program Management at Ghostery, Inc. from 2015 to 2016 and the Program Director at Experticity from 2012 to 2015. Nick also gained extensive experience in software development and agile project management during their time as a Senior Program Manager at inContact, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Nick started their career at Ovid Technologies, where they held several roles including Director of Technology, Director of Customer Service, Production Manager, Development Analyst, Technical Support Representative, and Systems Integrator.
