Emily Reynolds

Emily Reynolds is an experienced professional in customer success and implementation management with a strong background in SaaS solutions. Currently serving as Manager of Implementation at OnBoard since October 2019, Emily leads the Implementation Consultant team to optimize customer learning and software adoption. Previously, roles included Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager at OnBoard, and earlier positions at Walkboard, Travyrs, Viking River Cruises, and AmericanTours International, where skills in growth strategies, partnership development, and product management were honed. Emily holds a BA in Spanish from Baylor University and has pursued additional professional development through Marie Forleo's B-School.
