Justin Noelle

Justin Noelle has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Justin is currently the VP of Software Engineering at OnBoard, where they previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering. Prior to their current role, Justin worked at Knowledge Services as the Director of Product Development and Software Development Manager. Justin also has a background in client management and project management, having served as the Director and Sr. Manager at Sogeti, where they oversaw large-scale contracts and managed projects in multiple locations. Justin's expertise includes building client relationships, managing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with processes and methods. Their experience spans over 14 years, with a focus on technical leadership and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Justin Noelle has a strong educational background in business and technology. Justin obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, Justin earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Systems and Computer Science from Taylor University, completing their studies in 2005.

In addition to their degrees, Justin has also obtained several certifications. Justin became a Certified Agile Leader I (CAL I) through the Scrum Alliance in December 2018. In January 2010, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Furthermore, Justin acquired the MCTS .NET Framework, Web Applications certification from Microsoft in May 2009. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and commitment to continuous learning in the fields of leadership, project management, and technology.
