Michael Kremer

Michael Kremer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at OnBoard since September 2021, Michael focuses on integrating best practices into various programs, including performance management and leadership development. Prior to this role, Michael excelled as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest, where responsibilities included implementing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and enhancing recruitment processes.
