James Kaplonek

James Kaplonek has a solid background in quality assurance and testing. James is currently working as a Lead Quality Assurance Tester at OnBuy.com, where they oversee a team of 5 testers and implements best practices and process improvements. James collaborates with the head of QA and development to identify areas of improvement and ensure better quality software. Prior to this role, James worked as a Test Automation Engineer at htec from 2020 to 2022. James also has experience as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at TIBCO from 2018 to 2020, a QA Engineer from 2012 to 2018, and a 1st Line Support Analyst from 2011 to 2012.
