Chris Ngo serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ONCALL Interpreters & Translators since May 2017, as well as the Executive Director - Operations. Previously, Chris held leadership roles at BMS Interactive, including General Manager - Operations and Contact Centre Manager. With a background in operations and management, Chris has successfully led and optimized business operations in both Australian and European offices. Chris's expertise lies in capability, supplier management, engagement, and service delivery.
