Matthew Pringle is an experienced leader in corporate governance and advisory roles, currently serving as Chair and Non Executive Director at ONCALL Group Australia since August 2025, and holding various positions including Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at CLINUVEL PHARMACEUTICALS LTD, Hypersonix Group Holdings Pty Ltd, and Anglicare Victoria. Matthew Pringle has also led the Advisory Board at The Shann Group and held Directorship positions at the Amy Gillett Foundation.
