Sitora Takanaev

Sitora Takanaev began their career in 1999 as a Broadcast Television Director and Television Host for the Uzbekistan National Television and Radio Company. In 2010, they became the Volunteer Coordinator for Milwaukee Film, where they were responsible for scheduling, organizing, and training volunteers for the 2010-12 Milwaukee Film Festival. Sitora also gained experience working with over 1000 volunteers during this seasonal staff position. From 2014 to 2018, Sitora was the Founder & CEO of Cream City Casting, as well as a Freelance Producer for Cream City Works. Most recently, they have been the Co-Founder & CEO of ONCATA since 2018.

Sitora Takanaev received a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Tashkent State Institute of Art between 2000 and 2004. Sitora then attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Broadcasting degree in Video Production.
