Courtney Tousaw

Courtney Tousaw is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail management and sales, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Once Upon A Child Syracuse since May 2017. Previously, Courtney held positions at Cazenovia Jewelry as a Sales Representative from December 2010 to March 2020 and at Plato's Closet as a Business Manager/Handbag Specialist from August 2011 to July 2017. Courtney's early experience includes an Events Intern role at Ithaca Beer Company, where assistance was provided to the Marketing Director for organizing Ithaca Brew Fest, and as a Marketing Intern at Cortland Beer Company, where oversight of the retail room and management of social networking platforms were key responsibilities. Courtney earned a degree in Business and Economics with a focus on International Relations and International Economics from the State University of New York Cortland, completing studies in 2011.
