Caleb Fields

Caleb Fields currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Once Upon a Farm, a role assumed in December 2025. Prior to this position, Caleb Fields held various leadership roles at Crocs, Inc. from November 2021 to December 2025, including Vice President of Human Resources for both the Commercial Brand and Americas, and Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Shared Services. Key responsibilities involved supporting brand leadership teams and driving strategies for business outcomes and employee engagement. Caleb Fields has also worked with The North Face, Denver Public Schools, and STRIVE Prep, focusing on talent acquisition and strategic HR initiatives. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and MBA coursework at Dominican University.
