Cristina Arias Serna

Cristina Arias Serna has extensive experience in human resources and institutional culture, currently holding the positions of General Counsel for Human Capital and Institutional Culture and Vice President of the Territorial Council of Andalucía at ONCE since January 2010. Additionally, Cristina serves as a trustee for Fundación ONCE/Inserts and FOAL, and previously held a directorial role at Ilunion Facility Services until December 2023. With a background that includes positions in product management at Total Gaming System and planning at McCann Worldgroup, Cristina’s educational accomplishments encompass numerous advanced business and leadership courses at IESE Business School, alongside certifications in areas such as corporate social responsibility and equality. Cristina holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Seville.
