Kate Waterhouse

Kate is Chief People Officer here at Onclusive. Kate was previously at Kantar as a Global HR Director. Prior to Kantar, Kate was Head of HR for Ebiquity for 8 years where she set up the HR function and was heavily involved in M&A activity. She had also worked at a large multinational construction and engineering company, Kate was responsible for setting up HR in the emerging markets.

Kate started her career at Boots The Chemist as HR graduate after completing her degree and post graduate diploma in HR at University of Wales, Cardiff.
