Sophia Trinidad is a skilled professional with experience in data conversion and technical support roles. At ONCO, Sophia is a Data Conversion Specialist responsible for mapping and transforming data while maintaining integrity and following protocols. As a Technical Support Analyst, Sophia identifies customer needs, resolves technical issues, and trains new team members. In their previous role at eZCom Software Inc., Sophia provided EDI software support, responded to customer queries, and trained end-users. Sophia is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University after completing an Associate's degree in Database Management and Programming from Bergen Community College.
