Tracy James (DeLucia) is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy since October 2021, Tracy leads the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for multiple brands, driving revenue growth through strategic collaboration across various functions. Previous roles include Director of Pharmacy Marketing & Partnerships at Giant Eagle, where Tracy oversaw comprehensive marketing strategies that significantly increased customer acquisition and immunizations. With prior experience at organizations such as Highmark and EDMC, Tracy has managed substantial marketing budgets, designed engagement campaigns, and optimized performance analytics, consistently achieving and exceeding organizational goals.
