Kadija Nathan, MPH has a diverse work experience. Kadija started their career in 2014 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a Regulatory Research Associate, Research Study Assistant, and Session Assistant I-III. In 2021, they joined Mass General Brigham as a Clinical Research Associate in the Program for the Coordination and Oversight of Research Protocols (PCORP) in Mass Gen Brigham’s Cancer Center Protocol Office (CCPO). In this role, they managed patient, data, and regulatory aspects of several investigator-initiated studies and provided monitoring services for multi-center studies in Colorectal and Proton Therapy department. In 2020, they also worked as a Health Equity Data Emergency Relief for the broadstreet + covid-19 data project. In this role, they provided and maintained the most accurate, community level data about the COVID-19 positive tests and fatality rates, COVID-19 executive orders, and COVID-19 positive tests and fatality rates broken down by race and ethnicity. In 2022, they joined OncoC4, Inc. as a Clinical Research Associate.

Kadija Nathan, MPH, obtained a Master of Public Health - MPH in Epidemiology from the University of South Florida between 2017 and 2021. Kadija also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services Administration from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Biological sciences from Rutgers University\u2013New Brunswick between 2010 and 2011. In May 2021, they obtained a Certified in Public Health (CPH) certification from the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE).
