Nicole Do, MS, CCRP has held various roles in the clinical research and marketing space since 2013. Nicole began their career as a Summer Camp Counselor for the Fairfax County Park Authority in 2013. Nicole then became Co-Chair of the Peer Advising Family Network (PAFN) at the University of Virginia in 2014, where they interviewed, recruited, and trained student advisors. In 2015, Nicole was a Marketing Brand Ambassador for Beaute Agency Inc., increasing clients' product sales and visibility by promoting clients' products for marketing events in stores and educating consumers on the brand's taste profile. Nicole also served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Psychology at the University of Virginia, assisting graduate students with their research under the direction of Professor Dennis Proffitt.

In 2016, Nicole began working as an In-House Clinical Research Associate for PRA Health Sciences, experienced in the feasibility, start-up, maintenance, and close-out phases of clinical research for Phase II-III trials. Nicole then worked as a Clinical Research Site Manager for HealthCore, Inc., a subsidiary of Anthem, Inc., overseeing Phase IIIb-IV trials in the therapeutic areas of neurology, endocrinology, and immunology.

In 2020, Nicole joined OncoImmune, Inc. as a Lead Clinical Research Associate, working on Phase I-III trials. OncoImmune was acquired by Merck & Co. in December 2020, and Nicole transitioned to OncoC4, Inc., where they currently serve as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) and Clinical Research Associate (Oncology).

Nicole Do, MS, CCRP obtained their Master of Science in Health Sciences and Clinical Research Administration from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science (Neuroscience Concentration) and French from the University of Virginia in 2015. In 2019, they obtained their Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).
