Su Juanjuan

Scientist III at OncoC4

Su Juanjuan has been working in the field of cancer immunotherapy since 2014. Su began their career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Childrens National Medical Center, where they evaluated the efficacy of protein drug candidates based on GvHD & GvT models. Her main experimental techniques included GvHD model setup, with B6 mice to Balb/C mice, or hPBMC to NSG mice, and the following model evaluation.

In 2018, Su Juanjuan moved to the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), where they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Here, they worked on immuno-oncology, using T cell conditional gene knockout mice models for mTOR signaling involved cancer research. Her main experimental techniques included tumor model setup, with tumor cells inoculation by subcutaneous injection, tumor size monitored by vernier caliper, and organ collection for histology research at the end time point.

Currently, Su Juanjuan works at OncoC4, Inc. as a Scientist III. Her work involves cancer immunotherapy, with a focus on T cells/ Macrophages/ NK cells involved tumor immune therapy. Her main skill sets include in-vivo efficacy study in solid tumor models and hematologic tumor models.

Su Juanjuan has a comprehensive educational background. Su obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Anhui University in 2005. Following this, they earned their Master's degree in Cell Biology-Immunology from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2009. Finally, they went on to receive their Doctor of Philosophy in Immunology from the Institute of Health Sciences, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, CAS, China in 2014.
