Dean Crowe

Dean is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, a national non-profit organization based in Atlanta that funds childhood cancer research through grassroots initiatives.

Through vision and leadership, Dean works to empower a nationwide group of volunteers who want to “do something” to help in the fight against childhood cancer. Rally has awarded more than $22 million in childhood cancer research grants to 404 projects at hospitals and research institutions around the world since 2005. Moreover, Rally Foundation has secured $31 million in new federal funding for cancers in children, adolescents and young adults from the Department of Defense’s Medical Research Program.

Dean has a background in commercial real estate sales and was a mortgage loan office. She got her start in fundraising by serving as the Campaign Director for Young Life’s national camp, SharpTop Cove. Dean is a graduate of Auburn University and Harvard Business School Executive Education Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management.
