Amir Gelman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in laboratory operations and assay development. Currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Operations & Assay Development at OncoHost since May 2022, Amir previously held multiple roles at MeMed from September 2017 to May 2022, including Senior Assay Development Scientist and Program Manager. Prior to that, Amir worked as an Analytical Lab Researcher at Kaiima Bio-Agritech Ltd. from December 2015 to October 2017. Amir's academic background includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship and a PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science, complemented by a Master's degree in Molecular Biology of the Cell from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences and Biotechnology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
